The goal of this assessment is to take a snapshot of your current spiritual journey so that we can help you move forward in your faith journey. The results will be kept confidential.
This will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Try to be as honest as you can in assessing where you currently are, not where you wish you were. When in doubt, go with your first instinct. If you are unsure how to answer a question, leave it blank. Feel free to print out a hard copy and submit it when completed.
